• As a special offer for clients, who make use of Rondekuil’s venue and facilitator, we offer our conference facilities, including an overhead projector at no extra cost. This will enable clients/management teams to address the team building participants to review the benefits derived from teambuilding and to strategize etc.
• You are also welcome to just hire the Rondekuil Venue and employ your own facilitator(s).

Terms and Conditions

Please Note: 

• Your booking will only be confirmed once 50% deposit is received. No event will proceed without a deposit.
• Please note that the date listed on a quote is for quoting purposes only, and is not a booking for this date. Venue availability will only be confirmed by Rondekuil when a Client has confirmed they wish to finalize a booking and paid the deposit
• Quotes are valid for 90 days, but fall away if the venue is booked by another client.
•  All quoted prices Include VAT.
• Quotes normally do not include any drinks or beverages (unless otherwise stated). These can be purchased directly from the venue at your own cost. All bar bills or tabs need to be paid on the day at the venue.
•  Please note that quotes do not include a projector and PA system. If you do require these facilities when a conference is held before or after a teambuilding programme, please let us know and we will quote accordingly.
•  Quotes do not include any special meals (Halaal, Kosher, banting, vegetarian, etc). These meals can be provided, but may incur a surcharge.
•  Please note that quotes are based on the number of people requested for participation and stated on the quote. The price will be altered, should there be a change in the number of people actually attending a teambuilding programme. After a booking is confirmed, if all participants do not attend, no refund will be made for those not attending the team building programme.
