We are situated only 10 minutes from Durbanville and more or less 35 minutes from the Cape Town CBD (depending on traffic). What to expect
Conveniently located for easy access to the Northern Suburbs & central Cape Town, Rondekuil Estates is a 12 minute drive to Durbanville through a lovely countryside and only 35 minute drive to the Cape Town CBD.
Rondekuil Estates’ main conference venue can comfortably accommodate up to 180 delegates. The maximum number of delegates is dependent on the required table and seating layout for clients’ conferences.
When booking our main venue for your company’s conference requirements, or any other work-related functions, the client and their delegates are entitled to making use of the entire venue. This includes the bar facilities, the balcony, as well as the extensive fenced-off outside area (with expansive lawns and trees).
Our two Country Lodge Venues, which can comfortably accommodate 20 to 24 delegates, are ideal for conducting productive strategy sessions, or for training and team building programmes. Outside these two smaller venues, there are enclosed gardens with lawns, where delegates can relax during breaks and from where there are lovely views of Table Mountain and the beautiful countryside
All our venues are air-conditioned and delegates have free access to fast WiFi. The WiFi download and upload speeds are more than adequate to support good Video Conferences.
Since Rondekuil Estates offers B&B accommodation, all delegates can enjoy a hearty breakfast before a day of conferencing. We take pride is the quality of the delicious conference lunches that are freshly prepared on site and served to delegates – click to view the MENU SELECTION.
The Rondekuil Estates team understands that you want to derive as much out of your conference as possible, which is why we make sure to provide you with all you may require. Standard equipment such as a flipchart, white board, and a pull-down screen for data projection, are all provided. If required by a client, a data projector can be hired by arrangement prior to your arrival.
- Full Day with lunch - R385 per delegate
- Full Day without lunch - R315 per delegate
- Half Day including lunch - R335 per delegate
- Half Day - no lunch -R270 per delegate
- Special dietary requirements surcharge - R35 - R80 per delegate
- Minimum total fee for conferencing - R1800 per day
- Paper, pens, flipchart paper and markers, water and mints are all included.
